Billy was an absolute legend! For someone who "has only been in Broome 8 months", his knowledge of the land and fun facts were well informed. He made sure everyone had fun and looked after us all super well! Despite being quite an anxious flyer, I would definitely go again due to his care for his passengers and their safety and enjoyment! All round good experience, delicious lunch and fantastic and informative day out 🙂

The scenery from the air of the beautiful coastline and lunch at Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm. Dean was a great tour guide as well as the pilot. Both he and Leanne made you feel like you were the only tourist around, that's a gift.

From the moment Leanne picked us up, precisely on time, to the time she dropped us off after our adventure, we could not fault Fly the Falls with Fly Broome. They are welcoming and so personable. Billy, our pilot, took time with our safety briefing and we took to the sky. Today, because of tides, we took the flight in reverse, which is clockwise. Billy is a mine of knowledge and hardly stopped pointing out the features below, with their history, geography, geology. Stopping at Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm for lunch, we firstly enjoyed a tour, including its history, with Terry. Again, such natural enthusiasm. After our barramundi lunch Billy took us back into the air for the highlight - Horizontal Falls - making sure we viewed from both directions so that each side of the plane got the best view. Everyone has a window seat in the plane. At the end of our flight we were presented with a postcard folder and map of our day. When we arrived home we received a thank you message which included the group photo Billy had taken. We felt safe in his hands at all times. He warned when we would experience any slight turbulence, a fact of flying. Thank you Leanne and Billy for a memorable day!

My friends and I had a fantastic day on the Fly the Falls Tour. The whole experience was superb and a highlight of our stay in Broome. The scenery was well beyond our expectations and our pilot Billie provided a really informative and enthusiastic commentary. Our brunch at Cygnet bay was yummy and the dip in the pool most welcome before a very informative tour of the pearl production process. From the very first contact the organization and communication was faultless. I highly recommend this company.

Positive, What an ace is Billy. Great commentary, attentive and thoughtful. He zigzagged through the coast to give us the best views. And what an utterly wonderful coastline. Did I mention the Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm and their breakfast and pool? A wonderful day.

Did the fly the falls tour with my partner while we were in Broome. Cannot rate this highly enough. From the initial booking, to the courtesy pickup/drop off service through to the flight was very well organised. Billy our pilot was brilliant, great pilot and was a wealth of knowledge through out the flight. The landing on a dirt strip ( a first for us ) at Cygnet bay oyster farm was faultless. His love of the job certainly comes through in his enthusiasm. Cape Levesque was closed so we went to Cygnet bay oyster farm for lunch, a swim and pearl farm your. Lovely lunch of fresh Barramundi, swim in the pool to cool off and an informative look at how pearls are farmed. Highly recommend this tour if you have the chance.

Sensational tour from start to finish. Great communication pre pick up, transport etc. The tour was stunning with views that will take your breath away. Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm was really interesting too, lunch was fabulous and staff there awesome. Nigel our pilot was brilliant, I can not recommend highly enough, this is a must do when in Broome.

From start to finish Leanne and billy looked after us and made us feel so comfortable! They were incredible. Spectacular service, lovely food & super friendly! Billy was our pilot and he was so informative, we learnt so much about Broome and the places we flew over and visited. Would highly recommend Fly Broome if you’re thinking of booking a horizontal falls tour - it was our best day of our holiday so far! Many thanks, Sophie & Sean

A fantastic day, well organised by Leanne with all the information we required before we left. A fun informative flight with our pilot Billy who went out of his way to make our flight as smooth as possible and the stories and information was excellent. Our stop off at Cygnet Bay Oyster Farm was wonderful and we learnt a lot from Terry our guide. Great lunch and pool for a dip before we saw Horizontal Falls. Well worth the money
